Cauliflower Nuggets

Ingredients
  

  • 5 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 5 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1 cauliflower
  • ⅔ cup panko
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp paprika powder
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce

  • bowls, baking sheet, parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F / 200 C.
  2. Place cauliflowers florets in a bowl and mix with 3 tbsp mayonnaise and 3 tbsp greek yogurt.
  3. In another bowl combine the panko, garlic powder, paprika powder and italian seasoning and mix well. Add the cauliflower mixture and stir.
  4. Place the cauliflower on a lined baking sheet (parchment paper). Bake for 30 minutes turning halfway.
  5. Prepare the sauce: Mix the leftover mayonnaise and greek yogurt with the sweet chili sauce.
    I added 1 extra tbsp of chili sauce to make it more spicy!
    Delicious served with the sauce.
