Preheat oven to 400 F / 200 C.
Place cauliflowers florets in a bowl and mix with 3 tbsp mayonnaise and 3 tbsp greek yogurt.
In another bowl combine the panko, garlic powder, paprika powder and italian seasoning and mix well. Add the cauliflower mixture and stir.
Place the cauliflower on a lined baking sheet (parchment paper). Bake for 30 minutes turning halfway.
Prepare the sauce: Mix the leftover mayonnaise and greek yogurt with the sweet chili sauce.I added 1 extra tbsp of chili sauce to make it more spicy!Delicious served with the sauce.
