Tuna Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans tuna in olive oil
  • 1 small apple (finely chopped)
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 1 tbsp caper juice
  • 3 tbsp dill pickle (finely chopped_
  • 3 tbsp chives (chopped)
  • ΒΌ red bell pepper (finely chopped)
  • pinch of pepper

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, divide the tuna into small flakes with a fork.
  2. Mix together the apple, mayonnaise, capers and juice, dill pickle, bell pepper and chives with the tuna. Pepper to taste!
  3. Refrigerate the tuna salad in a tightly covered container.
