Roasted Carrots

Ingredients
  

  • 350 gram carrots
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • fresh parsley or dried parsley
  • paprika powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Baking sheet, Oven

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F / 200 C.
  2. Peel carrots and then cut them on the diagonal so each piece is about ½ inch thick. Place the carrots on the baking sheet.
  3. Add the olive oil, salt, pepper and sprinkle the paprika powder and parsley over the carrots.
    Toss until carrots are coated. Arrange them in a single layer. Roast for 30 minutes.
