Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
  

  • 700 gram cleaned brussels sprouts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp crispy fried onions
  • salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Boil the sprouts for 3 minutes. Drain in a colander and rinse with cold water. Half the sprouts.
  2. Heat oil and fry for 4 minutes on high. Stir after 2 minutes. Add the chili sauce and fry for another 1 minute.
  3. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle the crispy fried onion on top.
