- 4 Rib Chops
- 1 Lemon (scrubbed)
- 250 gram Ricotta
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 80 gram Parmesan cheese
- 20 gram Parsley (chopped)

Preheat oven to 350 F / 180 C. Grate the yellow zest of the lemon and squeeze the lemon. Mix the zest with the 2 tbsp of lemon juice, salt, pepper through the ricotta.2. Coat the oven dish with cooking spray. Arrange the rib chops in the oven dish and marinade with the ricotta. Mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese and parsley and sprinkle over the rib chops.3. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes!
