Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Fresh Pork Shoulder or Blade Roast Steak
  • 150 ml chicken broth
  • 2 onion (chopped)
  • 4 clove of garlic (chopped)
  • 200 ml bbq sauce or chili sauce of your choice
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp paprika powder

  • slow cooker

Method
 

  1. Mix everything together in a bowl: chicken broth, chopped onion, chopped garlic, bbq sauce, brown sugar, dried thyme, olive oil, cayenne pepper, salt and paprika powder. Stir!
  2. Put pork in slow cooker and pour the mixture over the meat. Cook on high for 6 hours.
  3. Have a bun ready and cowl salad.
