- Boil asparagus for 6 - 8 minutes. Drain and pour cold water over the asparagus to stop the cooking.
- Heat butter in the frying pan, squeeze in some lemon juice and the minced garlic. Stir, add the asparagus and fry on med/high for at last 5 minutes. Move it around carefully in the lemon garlic marinade.
- Done! Serve it with rice and chicken.
