Green Asparagus with Lemon and garlic

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch of green asparagus
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • butter

  • Pan, Frying Pan

Method
 

  1. Boil asparagus for 6 - 8 minutes. Drain and pour cold water over the asparagus to stop the cooking.
  2. Heat butter in the frying pan, squeeze in some lemon juice and the minced garlic. Stir, add the asparagus and fry on med/high for at last 5 minutes. Move it around carefully in the lemon garlic marinade.
  3. Done! Serve it with rice and chicken.
