Method
- Cut or shave cucumber in thin slices. Halve the tomatoes and remove the seeds and moisture. Cut the tomatoes in little cubes.
- Mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, minced garlic, half the tomato cubes and the fresh dill or parsley. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cucumber and mix it all together. Garnish with the rest of the tomato cubes. Sprinkle some dill or parsley on top.
- Eat it as a salad with ham or bbq chicken!
