Crunchy Pear Crumble

Ingredients
  

  • 4 pears
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 100 gram salted butter
  • 100 gram flour
  • 100 gram sugar
  • 1 tsp all-spice
  • 125 gram sour cream

Equipment

  • oven dish or 2 smaller once or 4 small once

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F / 180 C.
    Cut pears in small pieces and mix with the honey. Grease oven dishes with a little bit of the butter. Divide the pears into the oven dishes.
  2. Mix the rest of the butter, flour, sugar and all spice quickly to a crumbly dough.
  3. Divide the crumbly dough over the pears. Bake in oven for 40 minutes golden brown. Let stand for 10 minutes and serve warm with sour cream.
