Corn on the Cob with Herb Butter

Ingredients
  

  • 4 corn on the cob (shucked)
  • some sprigs of parsley (chopped)
  • some sprigs of chives (chopped)
  • 100 gram unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 small clove of garlic (minced)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Equipment

  • Pot, BBQ

Method
 

  1. Preheat BBQ. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add Corn and cook for 5 to 8 minutes. Drain corn.
  2. Mix together the unsalted butter with salt, chopped parsley, chopped chives, minced garlic and pepper to taste.
  3. BBQ corn for 6 minutes on all sides. When done brush the herb butter all sides of the corn.
  4. For cheese lovers you can sprinkle some grated cheese over the corn to finish.
