Ingredients
  

  • 6 Brownies
  • 1 tbsp strawberry jam
  • 100 gram cream cheese (plain)
  • strawberries

Method
 

  1. Halve the brownies, lengthwise. Mix the strawberry jam roughly through the cream cheese. Spread the bottom halves with the cream cheese. Put the other halve on top and spread the rest of the cream cheese on top and finish it off with fresh washed strawberries.
