Method
- Mix together the beef, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Boil the rice. Cook the asparagus for 6 min. and drain.
- Heat the oil and stir fry the beef strips on high quickly. Take out of the pan and with the rest of the oil stir fry the asparagus for 3 to 5 minutes on high. Add the beef strips, oyster sauce and the lime juice. Turn down to medium heat.
- Divide the rice and the stir fry over 4 plates and sprinkle with the roasted sesame seeds.
