Barbeque Shrimp

Ingredients
  

  • 450 gram frozen cooked or raw shrimp
  • 2 clove of garlic (crushed)
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 to 5 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ¾ tsp chili flakes (less spicy less flakes)
  • fresh parsley (chopped)
  • pinch of salt

  • Iron pan, aluminum pan

Method
 

  1. Thaw the shrimp in the fridge
  2. Preheat BBQ. Put the grill pan on the barbeque and heat the butter/oil mix. Add the shrimp, crushed garlic, chili flakes and a pinch of salt. Bake for 3 to minutes. Grill the 2 lemon halves, cutting edge down.
  3. When cooked, squeeze 1 lemon half. Sprinkle the lemon juice and parsley over the shrimp.
  4. Taste very well with a salad, rice and vegetable or a simple bun.
