Method
- Preheat oven at 325 F. Put aluminum on bottom of oven dish and put the tray on top.
- Mix the whisky marmalade with the mustard. Score the fat on the meat in a crisscross fashion. Sprinkle with the pepper and brush the marmalade on top.
- Bake the ham for at least 1 hour and 30 minutes and baste frequently until golden and crisp.
- I found the whisky marmalade in my pantry that was bought at a local church for charity!
