Ingredients
Method
- Boil the sprouts for 3 minutes. Drain in a colander and rinse with cold water. Half the sprouts.
- Heat oil and fry for 4 minutes on high. Stir after 2 minutes. Add the chili sauce and fry for another 1 minute.
- Serve in a bowl and sprinkle the crispy fried onion on top.
