Tortellini with Spinach

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gram Tortellini (Beef or Cheese)
  • 2 slices of bacon (chopped)
  • 125 gram mushrooms (sliced)
  • ¼ red onion (chopped)
  • 4 frozen spinach balls
  • alfredo sauce mix
  • parmesan cheese (optional)

Method
 

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil for the pasta. Cook tortellini for 5-7 minutes and drain. In the mean time make your alfredo sauce and taw the spinach balls a little bit in the microwave.
  2. Fry the bacon, onions and mushrooms, add the spinach and stir for a couple minutes. Add the tortellini and alfredo sauce and bring it back to a boil, stir and turn it down to simmer for a couple minutes. Done! Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. (optional)
  3. Serve with a salad.
