Baked Ham with Whisky Marmalade

Ingredients
  

  • 1 spiral ham with bone (or no bone)
  • sprinkle of pepper
  • 6 tbsp whisky marmalade or your own preference
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard

Equipment

  • Roasting Tray

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven at 325 F. Put aluminum on bottom of oven dish and put the tray on top.
  2. Mix the whisky marmalade with the mustard. Score the fat on the meat in a crisscross fashion. Sprinkle with the pepper and brush the marmalade on top.
  3. Bake the ham for at least 1 hour and 30 minutes and baste frequently until golden and crisp.
  4. I found the whisky marmalade in my pantry that was bought at a local church for charity!
