Strawberries with Chocolate Sauce

  • 200 gram dark chocolate
  • 125 ml whipping cream
  • 500 gram strawberries

Equipment

  • Aluminum pan

Method
 

  1. When meat is done and BBQ is still warm you can prepare your dessert.
    Break the dark chocolate into pieces and put in aluminum pan together with the whipping cream and let it melt. Stir occasionally.
    Wash the strawberries and ready to dip. Enjoy!
