Ingredients
  

  • 1 avocado
  • 4 slices bread
  • 200 gram hummus
  • fresh mint
  • lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Slice the avocado in half and remove the pit. Peel the fruit by placing the cut down and remove the skin with a knife or your fingers, starting at the small end. Slice the avocado and sprinkle with lemon.
  2. Spread the bread generously with the hummus. Divide the avocado slices over the 4 pieces of bread.
  3. You can cut the mint in strips or use the whole small leaves and sprinkle all over the avocado.
  4. Options: You can also use baguette, buns or toast. Try also topped hummus.
