Crab Salad

Ingredients
  

  • mixed salad
  • 200-240 gram crab flakes
  • 6 tbsp caesar dressing
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 100 gram parmesan flakes

Method
 

  1. Use 4 individual bowls or make one big salad.
  2. Divide the mixed salad over the bowls. Divide the crab flakes and sprinkle with the dressing, capers and parmesan flakes.
  3. Variation on this you can use chicken, avocado or smoked meat and pesto. You can still add some caesar dressing with it.
