- Preheat oven 400 F / 200 C.
- Brush/clean potatoes and cut length wise. Chop the green onion and garlic. Mix in a bowl the olive oil, green onions, garlic, parsley, basil, pine nuts and salt, pepper to taste.Divide over the potato halves and squeeze the other half on top. Wrap the potatoes in aluminum foil and cook for 1 hour in the oven.
- Very tasty with grilled meat!
