Warm Apples with Cinnamon

Ingredients
  

  • 6 patty shells (from frozen)
  • 2 apples (pieces)
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp water

Equipment

  • Baking Tray, Pan, Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400F / 200 C. Place the slightly defrosted patty shells on a baking tray and bake for 18 – 20 minutes. Once cooled, remove cut outs tops with a fork and save to use as lids.
  2. Peel apples and cut in little pieces, mix with the sugar, raisins and cinnamon. Melt the butter add some water, cook apple mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 8 to 10 minutes until apples are tender.
  3. Reheat oven on 300 F / 180 C. Fill all the shells and put the lid on top and bake for another 5 – 7 minutes.
    Serve with ice- or whipping cream!
